Gastro’s food hall & restaurant is a sophisticated & friendly place to relax, drink & wind down after a busy day at work, shopping, or for any occasion. The philosophy is you can do whatever you like, (within reason), we are here to help.

Situated in the bohemian area of Sackville St, minutes away from the famous village and the Palace theatre, Gastro’s is set in a carefully restored Victorian warehouse. You can overlook one of the few gardens left in Manchester, or chill on one of our very comfortable sofas.

You can come and relax anytime of day or night in our café-bar. A civilised place to go in the village.

9:30am-10pm Monday-Friday
10am-10pm Saturday
11am-9.30pm Sunday

We have one of the best wine menus in the city – all very carefully handpicked for their taste quality, pedigree and ethics and some fantastic local & organic beers, as well as some award winning international ones. All the usual (and some unusual) spirits & soft drinks are available.
